Need A Shot Of Strength For The Day?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Hallelujah, it’s Friday!
This morning, I was thinking of my brother Eldon. He would call me and sometimes we would just sing and pray. Oh, how I miss that man. We always seemed to call each other just when we needed it the most. The song he would sing and sometimes his emotions would take over and he would begin to weep. Today, I understand well. I am thankful for all the ways God used him in my life. He now resides in heaven, and I am singing the song he sang to me.
Ready for a shot of strength? Sing with me…
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the blood. Your blood was enough. Today, I pray condemnation off of your people. For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 8:1)
Father, stand your people back up. Ones that have fallen, ones that have been bruised, hurt, lied to and the enemies’ tactics are endless against your beloved people. I am so thankful you defeated our every enemy. Not only did you defeat him, you made a public spectacle of him according to Colossians 2:15. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Oh God, thank you for the cross. The bloodshed, it was enough.
We pray strength in your people today. Holy Spirit come and cast out that lying spirit that is condemning your people. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1) Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Thank him for his blood today!
