Our hearts break over the tragedy in Pastor Kendrick ‘s family. We feel so very badly for him, and his beloved wife and the entire family. We cannot even imagine the intense pain. Let us all keep them in prayer.
We do not judge; we pray. Try walking in Pastor Kendrick’s and his wife’s shoes…….We also pray for the restoration of their grandson Brandon Allan Kendrick II. Mental health issues are an epidemic in America.
God’s restoration is about gaining Him, getting right with Him and once we have found our right place with Him, we work with Him into our purpose.
O Lord, we call upon You in this time of sorrow, that You give the family of Pastor Kendrick the strength and will to bear their heavy burdens, until they can again feel the warmth and love of Your divine compassion. Be mindful of them all and have mercy on them while they struggle to comprehend life’s hardships. In the mighty and loving name of Jesus we pray, Amen!

Alabama Pastor Allan Kendrick has announced his retirement after four decades of service, months after his grandson was charged with murdering five members of his family. The pastor said he’s “been through hell and back” and is stepping away from the pulpit for good.
Leaders of Oasis of Praise in McCalla, Alabama, last week approved a $100,000 retirement package for Kendrick, AL.com reported.
