ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Federal criminal charges have been filed against two former Albuquerque Police Department officers involved in the DWI dismissal scandal. On Friday Honorio Alba Jr. and Joshua Montano took plea deals.

The two were among the first APD officers identified last year, when news of the scandal broke out. Initially they were placed on leave, but they both eventually resigned. More Here
