Newness
II Corinthians 5:17-19 NKJV
[17] Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. [18] Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, [19] that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
God is a God of New Beginnings.
He is a God Of Redemption and Reconciliation.
He is the God of Salvation.
In Him we have New life.
Through Him we have a New hope.
We get a fresh wind of New faith.
We cry out at some of our darkest moments in life to be saved.
He hears and He is faithful.
He cleans us. Repairs us.
He starts to restore what we have thrown away or what Satan has tried to destroy.
That new life should begin.
We should start to mature.
We start to have more Trust.
We start to depend on the Lord more and more.
We should get to a point where we don’t make a move unless He is the One pointing and guiding the way.
We are so desperate for the need of a Savior.
None of this is possible without the Birth of the Messiah, The Christ, The Anointed One of The Father.
There is an amazing thing about our Christian faith. God doesn’t make us do it blindly.
John 1:14 NKJV
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
The wait is almost over.
The preparations are just about done.
The stress and anxiety of finding the perfect gift will all be worth the joy to see on all those faces.
What are we really celebrating?
The quick answer is the Birth of the most Precious Gift that humanity has ever received!
The Birth of Salvation!
The Birth of Redemption!
The Birth of Restoration!
The Birth of a New Beginning for all those that would believe that this Jesus of Nazareth IS the Son of God!
God in the Flesh! Born to live a sinless life to be the perfect Sacrifice for all of Humanity!
Through Him all things are made new!
Through Him all old have passed away!
The Birth of Jesus brings us relief in the times of hardship and sorrow.
The sought after Peace of mind and joy of heart. This time of year is a renewal of Hope!
Every soul needs Hope!
We celebrate not just the Birth of Christ but we MUST celebrate the fullness of Christ!
The Word of God becomes flesh!
Words can be so comforting to lonely lost souls!
Jesus is the Message of Heaven!
Jesus is the image of the invisible God of Glory!
He became flesh so He could become the Savior of all mankind! The Birth of Christ is so much more than we ever deserved or knew we needed.
It is the unveiling of the Mercy of God!
Every soul needs the Mercy of God!
Through that Mercy we become reconciled to the Father! That reconciliation has to start with a Birth.
He wasn’t born to show His power for the sake of authority.
But His power would be seen through His humility and suffering.
Our new life should begin with the Birth of Christ and come to its fullness in His Resurrection!
The Glory of God’s perfect Word becomes perfect flesh so we could have a Perfect Savior!
All so we could be reunited in the Glory of Heaven to our Glorious Father through the perfection of His Glorious Son!
Start today to truly take more than a moment of your time today to consider this!
This is the most important celebration of all humankind!
The intervention of God through His Son to show us the character of His heart!
We all need new life, new hope, new faith.
We celebrate that through this Miraculous Birth.
Behold His Glory!
See the fullness of God through His Son Jesus Christ!
