CNN is reporting that drones have become a big topic of conversation in New Jersey, with residents reporting sightings of drones the size of small cars flying around at night. Law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), are attempting to determine if the flying objects are drones or airplanes.
Yesterday (12/12/2024), Department of Homeland Security and White House national Security Spokesman John Kirby said that many of the reported sightings are actually “manned aircraft” operating lawfully, with unspecified ‘experts’ telling CNN that the objects they have observed in sighting videos appeared to be airplanes.
The White House asserts there is “no evidence at this time” that the mysterious sightings “pose a national security or a public safety threat or have a foreign nexus.” This, despite one New Jersey resident telling CNN that “you see red and green, like, flashing lights on the corners. It’ll just change direction, like, go from 90 to, like, 270 degrees, just fly in different directions, and and planes obviously can’t do that.”

My brothers and sisters, in my entire lifetime, I’ve never seen so much lying or omission of known truths by the federal government. Using phrases such as ‘no evidence’ and ‘at this time,’ and asserting that the sightings ‘pose no national security threat,’ etc. are all loaded phrases.
Evidence must be gathered and prepared within the rules of evidence if it will be presented in court, so what is ‘evidence’ to the government in this matter? ‘At this time’ by definition implies that the situation could represent a national security threat, but just not at this moment. Using the phrase ‘national security threat’ implies matters of the federal government’s oversight, but doesn’t necessarily include possible threats or interests of the state or local jurisdictions.
The fact that the White House even makes such generalized comments tells you they know full well what is happening and has decided that ‘we the people’ have no need to know. The federal government has almost certainly withheld information from state and local leaders – perhaps instructing those who may have been in-briefed to simply say nothing about what is actually happening.
Given the recent Chinese balloon fiascos across Alaska and the continental United States, as allowed by the Biden administration, one would have to be a fool to believe that with the military and intelligence capabilities of the United States that we don’t know EXACTLY what is happening, but have deemed it sensitive and/or classified, or politically expedient to allow it to continue without the distraction of having to inform the public.
