And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
1 Peter 5:10
Restoration is what is needed after you’ve come back from sin. We have all been there so there’s no need to be ashamed.
Looking back at my life and the road I’ve traveled, there’s memories that make me cringe. We all have felt that, I’m sure.
I often ask God “why?”
Why Lord did you allow me to act this way?
We have all sinned and have fallen short and some of us, too numerous to mention.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23
When I encourage people coming back to the Lord after a time of wandering in the desert, I will tell them that they shouldn’t be ashamed because they chose to repent and return to Christ.
The bad part would be to stay in sin and not care to repent. That would be worse.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 7:14
“Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near”
Matthew 4:17
You see, our sin grieves God because he loves us so much.
And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption.
Ephesians 4:30
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up
Psalm 71:20
Jesus said that in the world we shall have tribulations but that we should rejoice because He has overcome the world
John 16:33

Wisdom for living. 11/8/22
*If you are not born again, you need to give your life to Jesus now. I urge you to take the following steps: *Admit that you are a sinner and you cannot save yourself and repent of your sins. *Confess Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. *Renounce your past way of life – your relationship with the devil and his works. *Invite Jesus into your life. *As a mark of seriousness to mature in the faith, start attending a Bible-believing and Bible-teaching church.
“There they will teach you how to grow in the Kingdom of God.
Kindly say this prayer now: O Lord God, I come unto You today. I know I am a sinner and I cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died on the cross to save me and God raised Him on the third day. I repent of my sins and confess Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I surrender my life to Jesus now and invite Him into my heart. By this prayer, I know I am saved. Thank You, Jesus, for saving me and making me a child of God.”
Many Blessing’s,
Connie
