Jeremiah 9:23-24: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord”.
I have preached on a Biblcial Worldview for years now, until I am blue in the face. A Biblical Worldview is the foundation of FGGAM. Remember now, George Barna and the Cultural Research Center have found that just 37% of Pastors have a Biblical Worldview in America! What does that tell you? We see the results of the lack of a Biblical Worldview in the Church and in everyday in America. A total breakdown of society, that now is embedded into American politics. Politics has become very dirty in America. I am ashamed of both parties. Lord have mercy! Some, perhaps many, need their mouth washed out with soap! The lies and mudslinging increases everyday! It only took my Mom washing my mouth out with soap once! I changed my ways right away!
I am here to tell you this morning that so many ‘so called Christians’ are giving our children and grandchildren an awful example on how to be a Christian, Horrible! Many are far worse than the secular world. This is a top reason why many Americans are leaving the Church! Churches are becoming like clubhouses, instead of a House of God for all people. Many Pastors have fallen in love preaching to the choir. Pastor Tony Tice: We Need Pastors Who Will Be Humble Servants Instead Of Trying To Be The Next Great Church Leader!
So many adults and children never step into a Church. Sharon and I know! We carry out the Great Commission, attempting to build bridges of love and trust. WE HEAR FROM PEOPLE ALL THE TIME WHY THEY DO NOT ATTEND CHURCH! The Church must be a safe place for all. There is an entire sermon here! YES! AMEN!
I am working with young people right now. that have reached out to me. They just want to know they are loved and cared for in a sincere way. It is heartbreaking for a parent to see their child curled up in bed and giving up on themselves. We traveled Albuquerque yesterday, many have given up. Albuquerque is rapidly falling into the pit of hell, despite a Church on every street corner. The Church in America boasts to much, the Church needs to be the hands and feet of JESUS, we all need to be humble servants, like Mother Tereasa! AMEN! The Church needs to be out on the streets building bridges of love and trust. I say again, you are not going to change the world inside your walls. Our children are our future.

A new study suggests that the mental health crisis in the United States may be more closely related to a lack of a biblical worldview than to commonly cited causes like chemical imbalances.
The Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University released the study Tuesday, attributing the rise in mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression and fear, to what researcher George Barna calls “worldview deficiencies” rather than “psychological or chemical imbalances.”
The findings are based on interviews conducted in January with 2,000 U.S. adults aged 18 or older, with a sampling error of plus or minus 2 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. More Here
Focus on the Family:
A biblical worldview is based on the infallible Word of God. When you believe the Bible is entirely true, then you allow it to be the foundation of everything you say and do. That means, for instance, you take seriously the mandate in Romans 13 to honor the governing authorities by researching the candidates and issues, making voting a priority.
Do you have a biblical worldview? Do you have a Christian Worldview? Answer the following questions, based on claims found in the Bible and which George Barna used in his survey:
- Do absolute moral truths exist?
- Is absolute truth defined by the Bible?
- Did Jesus Christ live a sinless life?
- Is God the all-powerful and all-knowing Creator of the universe, and does He still rule it today?
- Is salvation a gift from God that cannot be earned?
- Is Satan real?
- Does a Christian have a responsibility to share his or her faith in Christ with other people?
- Is the Bible accurate in all of its teachings?
Did you answer yes to these? Only 9 percent of “born- again” believers did. But what’s more important than your yes to these questions is whether your life shows it. Granted, we are all sinners and fall short, but most of our gut reactions will reflect what we deep-down, honest-to-goodness believe to be real and true. Which is why a Biblical worldview or a Christian worldview is so important.
FGGAM Shares a Biblical Worldview Everyday:
“The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. It states unequivocally that man is created in God’s image, living in essence as God’s co-regent over creation. Mankind—born and unborn, rich and poor, able and disabled—has intrinsic worth. Almighty God is a sovereign God, ruler over nations, states, empires, and governments. He is to be worshiped and obeyed through the precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. He not only exists, but He is sovereign over all of history according to His wisdom and purposes, and He is intimately involved in every aspect of life.”
