The Churches in America really has to look itself in the mirror. Too much ego on Facebook, while the country goes to hell. What I have found, there is not much unity at all in the Churches in Albuquerque. I have many Pastors complain to me about the National Day of Prayer, that it always involves the same Pastors and groups. Many Pastors have worked hard at trying to bring unity, the three that come to mind are FGGAM Vice Chair, Pastor Bill Ruhl and Pastor Richard Mansfield of New Beginnings Church and Pastor Mark Tross of NM Prayer Connect. So many Pastors are into protecting their own turf, but that turf, is God’s!!! The three largest Churches in Albuquerque have about 30,000 members, I do not think the Pastors communicate at all. If those three would come together, it could make a huge difference in the future of the city. Could you imagine all Churches coming together and going into the city and filling it with the love of JESUS???? That would be true REVIVAL! That would be being BIBLICAL!
I tell folks all these Churches, I call most of them ‘forts’ as they have their own little Kingdom, need to come together for JESUS! My goodness! Your fighting a spiritual battle with a garden hose, where as you could have the most powerful fire hose ever if you all would unite! This failure of the Churches in Albuquerque of not carrying out The Great Commission is a Command From Jesus, Not a Suggestion! will continue unless UNITY takes place! That fits all of America!
Many Pastors here do not speak out about all the babies being killed here in New Mexico from abortions. Shame! Life does not seem to be a priority here, just like in most of America. And to think, at one time we were the greatest nation ever, no more.
Oh yes…..New Mexico loves it booze. The state is third in the nation when it comes to drunk driving deaths.
Human history shows that the natural mind becomes progressively self-destructive if left to its own desires. People who are directed by their natural minds walk in darkness and have incorrect thinking. Please read Eph. 4:17,18
Why is the World full of evil?
“So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts” Eph 4: 17, 18.
The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.
We the Church, must carry out the Great Commission
