Sadly many people who call themselves Christians have drank the political Kool-Aid. Most everything from them comes from a political worldview rather than a Biblical Worldview. These folks promote ungodly politicians. They drive me nuts! Folks like this show an unbelieving world just what to wants to see! CRAZY! MAD! Christians! I do not see JESUS in them at all! By the way do I need to remind you that just 4% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview? Just 37% of Pastors have a Biblical Worldview! TIME TO UNFRIEND! YES! They stress me out! These folks are chasing people away from JESUS! I did not realize how stressed Facebook has made me until we went away last week. Facebook is a reflection of what America has become: Selfish.

Here at FGGAM we will continue to use Facebook for spreading the Word of God and news and inspiration from a Biblical Worldview. The Lord has given us this tool to fulfill our mission now for almost 11 years, to share Jesus with one person at a time. Sharon and the kids do not use any social media. I will stay on Facebook for now to stay for ministry reasons and to stay in touch with friends.

Love this from Brian Jones in CHURCHLEADERS!

If you’re sick of nutty Christians arguing on Facebook, I have GREAT news for you. There’s this thing on Facebook called an unfriend button, and it works!

A while back, I said “that’s it” and began to unfriend crazy Christians “friends” like I was on crack. Since I thought that you, my dear friends, might want to do the same, I took notes. More Here

What is a Biblical Worldview?

From Barna Research: A Biblical worldview is defined as believing that absolute moral truths exist; that such truth is defined by the Bible; and firm belief in six specific religious views. Those views were that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life; God is the all-powerful and all-knowing Creator of the universe and He stills rules it today; salvation is a gift from God and cannot be earned; Satan is real; a Christian has a responsibility to share their faith in Christ with other people; and the Bible is accurate in all of its teachings.

How important is Christian conduct to how the unbelieving world sees Christ?

Here is the simple answer to the question of how important Christian conduct is: very important! The Bible is replete with verses that link Christian conduct with how the world sees Christ. “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). “By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others” (2 Corinthians 9:13). “Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation” (1 Peter 2:12). More Here
