The Christian Post is reporting that Dr. Charles Stanley’s grandson, Matt Brodersen, has apologized for auctioning several of the late pastor’s belongings.
After sparking backlash over listing Dr. Stanley’s personal items on eBay less than two weeks after his death, Matt Brodersen (29) posted a public apology on YouTube, admitting that his behavior was disrespectful and upsetting to many of his family members.

My brothers and sisters, we’ve all done things for which we’re not proud. Older folks, like this writer, might not have published a video in this manner, but nonetheless, it shows integrity and Mr. Brodersen’s willingness to admit error (not pride).
