Faith, Hope and Encouraging Word By Jeanne Theriault

Having Hope  Will Bring You Results

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patently.

Having hope is never giving up, it always prevails. It see’s God’s love which will bring the reward as we wait for it, it will give us an expected end.

Psalm 33:20-21 We wait in hope for the Lord, He is our help and our shield, in him our hearts rejoice for we trust in his Holy name.

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Hope is a light that shines through darkness

Being hopelessness is nothing but hope suppressed by fear.

Life can be a rollercoaster dealing with ups and downs. Being hopelessness leads us into a dark place.

Hope will bring us security in God

Job 11:18 You will be secure, because there is hope, you will look about you and take rest in safety.

Job was a Godly man who was wealthy, a fine husband, and a faithful father. In a quick back to back calamities, Job lost his wealth, family, and he was homeless and helpless. But Job through all of this trusted and believed God would deliver him from all his troubles. Even his wife said why don’t you curse God and die. Job responded , whether our God gives to us or takes everything from us we will follow him.

Job never lost his hope in God even under the most heartbreaking circumstances that tested him to his core.

Mind you, we will be tested to the core in some point of our lives, but just know that God is our eternal hope , which means we are secure in God’s hand. For every storms we lay our anchor of hope knowing that God is in control.

Psalm 71:14 But as for me, I will always have hope, I will praise you more and more.

Hope, we as God’s children should never loose, stay grounded in the Word of God. Knowing and having that assurance that God is faithful towards all of his promises. Though we may not understand, it is not up to us to figure it out , but to totally put our hope in God.

Hebrews 6:18-19 It is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for our soul  firm and secure.
