I recently wrote a 2-part post called, “Loneliness is not a life sentence.” And there were quite a few comments and shares and realized people need encouraged when it comes to mental health.

In this post, I want to speak to you personally about how you are doing. Are you fighting a battle in your mind? Are you dealing with past failures? Past sins? Past hurts? Past actions that hurt others? Are you stressed, depressed, and overall, a hot mess? Are you losing sleep? Or closing yourself away from the world?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’m here to tell you right now. I hear you, friend, I have compassion for you in this time you are in. You need the love of the Heavenly Father. You need a heavenly hug, comfort, peace, and the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.

Sadly, this is the time of year when people choose suicide over life. According to the statistics from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in 2020 alone, the U.S. had one death by suicide about every 11 minutes. Today I need you to know how precious and loved you are, Don’t believe me? Then believe the word of God.

John 3:16-17 New American Standard Bible

16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him.

Just as I’ve shared before in previous writings. God sent Jesus to save all of us! He didn’t come to judge you, and make you feel condemned. He came because we all were born sinners and needed a savior. We needed help, actually, we need/ needed hope. Hope that could only come from God. When we finally come to realize that we cannot do this life without Jesus Christ, that’s when our lives are truly going to change.

Do you have Jesus Christ in your life? If not, I want to encourage you not to live another day without Him. Do you need Crisis Help? Then please do not hesitate to use the following resources as soon as possible.  Peace and Love to You ALL!
