I have started for the longest time that the GOP is lost. Here in New Mexico the GOP got clobbered by the DEMS. Both the GOP and DEMS are a big mess. Once again, and I know I am the odd ball, America needs a third party, like the old Tea Party! The GOP has got to move beyond Trump, he is damaged goods. His behavior is unacceptable. It is very sad in America that we now have a President that has health issues and was put in that position. It is tragic that his family would allow this. If the GOP of today ever wants to be the party of Reagan, it needs a peacemaker. Could that be South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem? You can’t keep spewing garbage at everyone that disagrees with you. Here in New Mexico the candidates for governor just attacked each other with horrible TV ads! All the wasted money on garbage! How does that help the poorest state in America? The GOP party in New Mexico behaves like it is the King of the political parties, when it is outnumbered by the DEMS! They need to convert DEMS and Independents to their side, they need much better candidates! THEY NEED NEW LEADERSHIP! UPDATE: The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that many New Mexico Republicans are calling for GOP Chairman Steve Pearce to resign. The New Mexico GOP could not even beat one of the worst governors in the states history! They need to build bridges of trust with all people in New Mexico. President Ronald Reagan teamed together with Democrat Tip O’Neil to pass legislation for the people. How can two fiercely opposed sides of American government possibly thrive by meeting in the middle and achieving long-lasting legislative results for the American people? WHAT A THOUGHT! We have no political party in America that stands for God and all people. Our children are losing big time! We are a divided nation. The outlook for American politics is more of the same, if not uglier! JESUS is my Savior! I sleep nights! Politics is the playground of Satan. Politics in America is a very bad example of how to treat people. Why can’t the politicians in America be civil with each other?

Yesterday at a funeral service I officiated, more than a hand full of folks came up to me afterwards I thanked me for my message. It was expressed to me by more than one of the folks that they were very tired of the politics in the church. One couple has not returned to a church, they are tired of ‘political pastors.’ The lady said, “I do not like pastors, but you..I would go hear you preach.” Pastors must be very careful standing by a political candidate. I hear it all the time from people who have left the church, “My church turned to political.” It is just not COVID that chased people away from the church, politics is also a leading factor.

We need a political party that can build bridges of love and trust with the American people. NOT HATE TALK!

FOX NEWS:

Republicans need to rebrand and “build something new” after they failed to retake a majority in the U.S. Senate or meet general expectations for the 2022 midterm elections, one of the party’s younger members said.

On Saturday, shortly after Democrats picked up a key victory in Nevada, where incumbent Democrat Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt, Republican Sen. Josh Hawley took to Twitter to say the Republican Party “is dead.”

“The old party is dead. Time to bury it. Build something new,” Hawley wrote. More Here From FOX NEWS

The last 6 to 7 years have been very tough……The political hurt felt in a number of churches not only stresses ministers and leaders, it also sets a bad example for non-believers, the bad examples are chasing people away from the church.

FROM CBN:

For the past few years, America has been marked by deep political divides which are reaching into the church.
