I am sharing two reports with you on the surge of RSV infections in America and one on the flu season. Here in New Mexico we are seeing the same surge of RSV. Our prayers are with all the babies that are sick. Our daughter Gretchen helps take care of many babies. We are also getting reports of some our friends are coming down with COVID and the flu. Please take care of yourself. Get at least 8 hours of sleep, eat well, exercise, get fresh air, and take a good multi-vitamin. No booze and no smoking. Take care of your God given temple. Listen to your Doctor. We are praying for good health for all!
