An open letter from Pastor John MacArthur to Governor Gavin Newsom, in response to billboard advertisements placed across the country by Newsom’s campaign shamelessly misquoting Mark 12:31 in support of abortion

May pastors, leaders, teachers, and laypeople alike sit at the feet of the indwelling Holy Spirit of whom Jesus said, “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” And may we all one day stand before Jesus Christ and say with the Apostle Paul, “for I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God” (Acts 20:27). (Note that one can only declare the whole counsel of God by investing the long hours necessary to learn the whole counsel of God!) Written by Randy AlcornPsalm 50:16–19 speaks to people who pervert the Word of God for their own sinful ends:

But to the wicked God says,
“What right have you to recount My statutes
And to take My covenant in your mouth?
For you hate discipline,
And you cast My words behind you.
When you see a thief, you are pleased with him,
And you associate with adulterers.
You let your mouth loose in evil
And you harness your tongue for deceit.”

Silence adds strength to evil-Pastor Dewey Moede

We need more Pastors like John MacArthur, pictured above, that will take a public stand against evil. Too many Pastors are silent as God’s babies are killed. Please share John MacArthur’s letter with your Pastor. There are getting to be fewer and fewer Pastors who have a Biblical Worldview. There are even fewer who have the ‘godly guts’ like John MacArthur, I guess you have to be old like me to understand that expression! The strength, the willpower, the faith in God, to stand against evil. Silence adds strength to evil. These are very tragic times. Did you ever think the GOP would be caving to evil, supporting abortion? Here in New Mexico the GOP candidate for governor, Ronchetti, is for abortion up to 15 weeks. Sadly many in the GOP are turning away from God. You cannot be pro-life and vote for politicians who support abortion, more importantly you would be going against GOD ALMIGHTY AND HIS BABIES! Mark Twain once said, “The only difference between a Democrat and Republican is the spelling.” Since the GOP is caving on abortion, this holds more water than what you may think. I will not be associated with either party, it would be like belonging to a dysfunctional Church.

The following is an open letter from Pastor John MacArthur to Governor Gavin Newsom

Here is the story we published on Sept. 20th:

The Governor of California is Satanic.

From The Christian Post:

A new billboard campaign promoting abortion services in conservative states cites a Bible verse with the words of Jesus as an apparent endorsement.

Last Thursday, Gov. Gavin Newsom posted images on social media showing billboards set to go up in Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and four other “anti-freedom” states where abortion is prohibited or significantly restricted.

Newsom’s tweet read in part: “To any woman seeking an abortion in these anti-freedom states: CA will defend your right to make decisions about your health.”

13 For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
    when I was made in the secret place,
    when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.

My friend Bob posted this on Facebook: If conservatives lose elections because Roe v Wade was overturned, then our country is in irreversible decline. It is especially discouraging when so many churches and supposed Christians are pro-choice. (Euphemism for pro-abortion which is an euphemism for pro infanticide)
