I took the above picture in Albuquerque this morning.

Every soul is valued by JESUS!

Our daughter, Gretchen took me to see the Minnesota Twins play the Arizona Diamondbacks play in Phoenix for Father’s Day! It was an awesome time with our precious Gretchen! The homeless situation in downtown Phoenix, broke our hearts beyond measure. Children sleeping on sidewalks, so many adults all sleeping all over, on sidewalks and in the grass and parks. The downtown area is very dirty, filled with filth and so many boarded up buildings. Monday morning crews were up early cleaning up the downtown area. Very, very sad. The homeless situation is growing worse in America. Here in Albuquerque we are seeing homeless people in Mariposa Park for the first time. One precious soul told me he has social security that helps pay for some nights in a hotel, but the rest of the time he is sleeping outside. I pray to the Lord for answers to this serious problem. What are we to do Lord?

FGGAM Shares a Biblical Worldview Everyday:

“The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. It states unequivocally that man is created in God’s image, living in essence as God’s co-regent over creation. Mankind—born and unborn, rich and poor, able and disabled—has intrinsic worth. Almighty God is a sovereign God, ruler over nations, states, empires, and governments. He is to be worshiped and obeyed through the precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. He not only exists, but He is sovereign over all of history according to His wisdom and purposes, and He is intimately involved in every aspect of life.”
