Please, Don’t Say Never… Angel’s Prayer Of The Day

Please, Don’t Say Never…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Have you ever told God what you would never do? I remembered a few things recently that I told God years ago, I would never do. Guess what? I am doing them. When I remembered saying those things to God, he worked with me until I was doing those things that I said no too. I just couldn’t see myself doing them because of my own insecurities and the fears I had.

My granddaughter sometimes will say no, when I ask her to do something. She will say, I don’t want to. We talk it over and sometimes I have to use my grandmother authority and say, yes, yes you are.

As I stood before a group of people to declare churches across this globe need to forget about the denominations and look to the beating heart of humanity and become a hospital for the lost, lonely, hurting, abused, addicted, rejected, etc. I had a remembrance of the don’t say never moment God and I had, years ago.

Hungry people don’t care what your sign reads pastor, they are hungry. Broken people don’t care what your sign reads pastor, they are looking for the God you tell them that loves them. The God you preach about on Sunday and a John 10:10 life that they can only dream about. They want it, but they don’t know how to get it. We tell them come as you are, but do we really mean it? Church ends at noon, well that’s unless I’m preaching (lol) but then what? What happens until we meet again pastor?

As I stood up to speak after a young man sang, Come As You Are, and a down syndrome young man sang Yes I Am, I began to have remembrances of God asking me some hard questions. Will you stay up all night with someone fighting addiction to help them overcome, because I asked you too? Would you go tell someone how much I love them, because they are losing hope? I will tell you where to go.

I remembered the birthday cake he asked me to take to an elderly woman one Saturday. I had no idea her daughter was sick and she would spend the day alone. I remember walking down the hall of that apartment building, thinking God I sure hope this is you.

If there ever was a time the church was needed, it is now. If ever we need to teach people to hear the voice of God, it’s now. Please don’t say never…

Let’s Pray:

Father, make us ready to say yes to whatever your request. Father, you instruct us what to do and where to go to bring hope to the people you love and died for. Your prophet Jeremiah told us: Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord. Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jer. 1:8-10)

Father, thank you for God assignments today. Thank you for loving us and rebuilding lives all across this globe today. We are ready for the masters use. Forgive us for when we said never. It’s all about you. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Give some blessings away today from the overflow of an abundant heart. The world is waiting.
