What’s On Your List?

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. As I was preparing for the Healing Waters Womens Conference last week, I felt strongly one day to take the hearts cut out on red paper and put in my to go box. I had used them years before and had some left. Later that day a friend contacted me and said, I need the body of Christ.

Prior to the conference one of the speakers emailed me a list of life issues on a sheet of paper. I took the list and put inside the heart. At the meeting we passed them out and each person checked off items on the list they had been through. We put no names on the list, so we could not identify each other. Then we put the paper in a bag and mixed them all around and each participant took a paper back. As the speaker read off the list, the person stood that had that item checked off on their paper. It was not their own paper. We were able to visually see what folks had been through or was going through.

Some in the room had been through divorce, dealt with addiction(s), some in the room had been through abuse, some had lost children, spouses, illness, had miscarriages, abortions, etc. We could see that we all had been through some kind of pain. We could have added a lot more life issues to the list as well. We discovered no one in the room was exempt from the hardships of life. Sometimes, we think we are the only ones going through something. This is simply not the case. We are never alone and Jesus will journey every life issue with us. Amen? Amen.

Let’s Pray:

Father, help us to reach out every day as the body of Christ. Thank you that you died for people. Today, may we be an answer to someones prayer.

Father, as we journey life we all go through life issues, but your Word tells us to keep looking to the hills from whence our help cometh. Our help comes from the Lord.

Father, use us today as part of the body of Christ. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Jesus loves you!

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber;indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand;the sun will not harm you by day,nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life;the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. Psalm 121
