You Have A Beautiful Name…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. As I have been polishing a Bible Study I wrote several years ago, I am thankful that God does know us by name. His Word even tells us he knows the number of hairs on our head and every hair is numbered. (Matthew 10:30)
Many women whom have had abortions or miscarriages have never named their child. Sometimes, they will choose to revisit that area of their life and name their baby. Some will seek God to help them and it is a blessing that God himself will drop the name in your spirit.
I have had the privilege to do this study with women that desired to name their child. If I could only put into words the changes in these women’s lives from giving the baby they carried (even when it was for a short time), a name. It brought such healing to the woman knowing their child had an identity.
Today, let’s thank God that he knows everything about us, he sees everything and knows our name. Amen? Amen.
Father, Isaiah 49: 16 tells us that you have engraved us on the palms of your hands; our walls are ever before you. Father, you tell us we were created in your image. (Genesis 1:27)
Father, thank you that our identity is in you and nothing can pluck us out of your hand. (John 10:28)
Father, we thank you for journeying the day with us, give us eyes to see you working and ears to hear what your spirit is saying. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. You have a beautiful name.
Isaiah 43:1 But now, this is what the Lord— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
