Are You A Swimmer Or A Puddle Jumper? Angel’s Prayer Of The Day…

Are You A Swimmer Or A Puddle Jumper?

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Yesterday it was quite hot and humid in my part of the world. I decided in the afternoon I would visit a friend and go for a swim in her  pool. I took along my beautiful granddaughter Maisie as she was sporting her new daisy sunglasses. This was her first time at this particular house and she was a bit cautious around the pool. It took her some time to build up trust in both me and the puddle jumper she was wearing to keep her afloat. Eventually she began to swim.

Isn’t that just like us? It takes time to build trust in walking with Jesus. Just when we think we are going under and he comes through and he shows us how real he really is. It isn’t always easy to trust in a man that you can’t see, but when he answers our prayers, he shows us he is Emmanuel, God with us. Then we can break loose and live our lives walking with a man that causes us to swim. We are no longer puddle jumpers, we are walking with the Creator of the Universe. Amen? Amen.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you that you tell us to call on you and you will answer. (Jeremiah 33:3) You show us your faithfulness each and every day.

Father, your word tells us you know what we have need of before we even ask. Together, all across this globe we pray the Lords prayer: Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)

Father, we committ our life to you, full surrender. Take us to deeper waters where we will see your glory once again. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. He hears your every prayer and will come through for you. Believe in his promises and learn to swim (trust) with Jesus.

Fear Not, For I Am With You. Isaiah 41:10
