I took the picture above looking into the Sandia mountains yesterday afternoon!

“For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams.” Isaiah 44:3-4

Many areas in New Mexico got more rain yesterday than in the last four months! PTL! The Lord answered our prayers! Back home in the great farm country of southwestern Minnesota we called a rain like yesterday a, ‘MILLION DOLLAR RAIN’ because of what it meant to the farmers! My grandpa Caraway was a farmer back in Windom, Minnesota, he was always praying for protection of his crops. I am so very humbled that the LORD blessed us with a great soaker yesterday. Here on the west side of Albuquerque it poured at times! I should get a rain gauge! The Albuquerque National Weather Service reports rainfall in the Duke City ranged from 0.25 to 1.50. It was actually a blessing to hear some thunder!!! We pray everyday here at FGGAM for rain. I had just used 10 bags of mulch on Tuesday to help our shrubs, so the rain is a super extra blessing to help the shrubs flourish. As many of you know we are in a severe drought. PTL FOR THE RAIN! What are you going to do with this blessing of rain New Mexico? Follow God in all your ways.
