Faith, Hope and Encouraging Word By Jeanne Theriault

Finding That Secret Place

As I look beyond the horizon what a beautiful and peaceful place to dwell in.  Sitting here waiting for my Lord in the secret place,   His face, His glory is beyond my ability to perceive. My heart long to commune with him. As I surrender all with confidence I come before  His throne ,drawing near to him laying all my burdens down. He reassures me that He is with me my heart is at rest my soul is comforted.

The word tells us to find that  secret place in your heart and meet God , Jesus did this while on earth. Often times he would slip away from the crowd and spend time alone with the Father in a solitude place . (Mark 1:35)

When moving into that place there is a total surrender to the Holy Spirit. As you obey, God will meet you there in His secret place. He will comfort you and encourage you.

Psalm 91:1  He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

The secret place is found in intimate fellowship with God. When you make God your defense and trust him he will protect you and be your safeguard.

Dwelling in the secret place of the Most High means that you constantly seek His love ,comfort, and protection. It is entering into that place where you want to know him better in a deeper level.

James 4:8 Draw near to God and he will draw near to you.

If you are feeling like you aren’t close to God you’re not alone. I experience this feeling to. So I challenge you today, find that secret place meet with God he is waiting for his children to spend time with Him.

Receive Jesus in your heart, without him there is no access to God.

John 14:6 Jesus answered, I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father except through me.

God has given me this word this morning I pray that if this speaks to you, open your and receive from God

Be blessed and encouraged by the Word Of God
