To The God That Hears…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was a little under the weather yesterday and am saddened to hear all that has taken place in our nation. We must continue to pray for peace. There is only one person that can change the heart of man and that’s the Lord Jesus Christ. He is a God of order and we must continue to pray for our nation and to pray for one another.

God’s will is that no one would perish, no not a one. No matter what goes on around us, all the noise and chaos we must stay focused on what God has called us to do and that is to pray. His Word tells us that he hears us when we pray. No one knows the heart of man but  God himself. He sees all, he knows all and is working all things out according to his plan.

Let’s Pray:

Father, we come to you this morning believing you are working all things together for the good of our lives, our communities and our nation. We pray the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi together this morning. Lord, make us an instrument of Thy peace; Where there is hatred, let us sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is error, the truth; Where there is doubt, the faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Father, we continue to pray your perfect will be done on earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6) Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:9)

Pray without ceasing. (1Thessolonians 5:17)

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. (I John 5:14)
