Much of the Church has failed to take the Gospel of Jesus to the streets! We surely do that at our little ministry with the Jesus car and my feet and mask! Many have forgotten that the Great Commission is a command from our Lord not a suggestion. Facebook, YouTube, Zoom etc…are good but we need to stop preaching to the choir so much! We need to go out and face whatever we are going to face and evangelize! Amen! We need to to stick a wet sponge in our mouth and reach in hell and help save people. When my Daddy came back from World War II he joined the Fire Department in Windom, Minnesota and they did not of oxygen tanks available all the time so they would dip the sponge in a bucket of water and put the sponge in their mouth and charge into the house fire! My Grandpa Moede joined the Department when it was formed in the late 1800’s, they would do the same. Lesson for Pastors: Charge into hell!

I can’t believe how many people professing to be Christians are advocating anything other than honoring God by showing mercy to all people. God said it one time and Jesus said it two times, “I desire Mercy not sacrifice!” Pretty clear what side of the line God stands on. It’s like Ghandi said, “I love your Christ, but your Christians are so unlike your Christ.”

Ordained in 1960 and installed as a co-pastor (with his father) at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a preacher. Here are a few quotes from a man who found a way to move faith from the pews to the city.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”

“Everybody can be great … because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”

“To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing.”

GET GOING CHURCH! DRIVE OUT THE DARKNESS WITH THE LIGHT OF JESUS! OR DOES POLITICS HAVE YOU ALL TIED UP IN KNOTS???!!!!

The Church needs to challenge itself during these dark times, Daddy taught me to leave this world a better place than I found it, I try my very best everyday. I have said people don’t need fancy, the latest sound systems, the latest lighting, they don’t need a fancy building…they need the love of Jesus. Most Americas don’t even go to Church! We need to hit the streets! Here at FGGAM we use secular radio stations and newspapers to reach people for Jesus along with our website that reaches the world for Jesus! We have the ‘Jesus Car’ to hit the streets with. God wanted me to share this with you today as I awoke here ay 4aqm to start reporting news and inspiration here at FGGAM. I also use the phone a ton, yesterday I had a conversation with a Sheriff in Minnesota, Jason Purrington who is the Cottonwood County Sheriff. I am so very thankful for Jason and his crew of Officers! We need to be in constant prayer for our heroes every second of the day with the evil they are facing! I do so many funerals for families that do not have a Pastor. It is my time to show them the love of Jesus. It is wonderful how God works, even thou people do not have a Church, many still want a Preacher to say words over their loved one. What a blessing.

The Great Commission

16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

I posted this yesterday:

Evil prevails when good men do nothing

When Good People Do Nothing

This is a very hard pill to swallow…….look what we have created as a nation: More U.S. troops in Washington DC than in Iraq, Afghanistan combined.
I posted this on my personal Facebook page last night!
NO CALL FOR VIOLENCE ALLOWED ON MY PAGE! Last night on my Facebook page a man posted a threat of violence at the U.S. Capitol! This is totally unacceptable! This is being reported to the FBI! I will not tolerate such postings on my Facebook Page! I am neither a Republican or Democrat, I am a Man of God, Pastor and News Reporter from a Biblical Worldview. I do not take a political view on anything. I beleive the politics is destroying our Country! I will not allow my Facebook page to turn into Satanic postings! Respect for people is at an all-time low in my 64 years! This is my Facebook page! I never post bad things on the pages of my wonderful friends in Jesus! This is the second threat now that will be reported to the FBI and AG of Minnesota. This one came out of Minnesota. I call on all Pastors and all people of God to denounce violence now!
This whole movement of violence is Satanic! It is time for Pastors and the people of God to call an end to this great threat to our beloved America! The Church is being to quite! Our Country is being destroyed!
Dr. Jim Dension Posted this at FGGAM this morning: The biblical stance on violence is clear: “Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways” (Proverbs 3:31). We are “to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle” (Titus 3:2). The “works of the flesh” include “enmity,” “strife,” “fits of anger,” and “rivalries, dissensions, divisions” (Galatians 5:19–20). In a command that speaks directly to those plotting violence in our cities, God says, “Do not plan evil against your neighbor” (Proverbs 3:29).
The Christian response to those with whom we disagree is to pray for them (Matthew 5:44) and seek reconciliation with them (Matthew 18:15). In a democracy, we can utilize our governmental process to seek change (cf. Romans 13:1–7; 1 Peter 2:13–17). Christians are to “keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable” so that “they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation” (1 Peter 2:12).
“Only love can do that”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who was born on this day in 1929, observed, “The beauty of nonviolence is that in its own way and in its own time it seeks to break the chain reaction of evil.” He also famously declared: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
Jesus is the source of light (John 1:5; 8:12) and love (Mark 10:21; 1 John 4:8).
How will you help someone experience his light and love today?
From Billy Graham:

From the writings of the Rev. Billy GrahamQ: The world seems to be imploding. How can this be when we have more psychiatrists, more self-help programs, more churches and inspirational speakers than ever before? — S.U.

A: While so much in our world seems to improve, man doesn’t. We can send a spaceship into orbit but we can’t walk safely on the streets at night. The subtle sins of selfishness and indifference are everywhere. Seemingly upright men and women admit to desires of the grossest sort. And who is shocked anymore? Human viciousness breaks out as people steal, cheat, murder, and rape.

All of the committees, the resolutions, or the changes in governments don’t change society. If mankind is to be saved, something radical needs to happen. The forces building up in our world are so overwhelming that men and women everywhere are crying out in desperation.

Someone has said that all we have to do is contrast the titles of some of the old movie classics with current movie blockbusters to see the change in morality during the past several decades. Man has made many attempts to change himself. We have tried without success to achieve moral goals by improvement in our environment and many are disillusioned with the results.

Ultimately, society is not going to be changed for the better with coercion and force because when it is changed that way, man usually loses his freedom. It can only be changed by a complete transformation of the human heart — from the inside out. God says to man, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you” (Ezekiel 36:26). This is the new birth and it is offered to everyone who will acknowledge their need for salvation. Do not delay in making this life-altering decision today.
