A pastor friend of mine recently preached a sermon to his church, the upshot of which went something like this: Perhaps we (the church) have become great aquarium keepers rather than courageous fishers of men.
Now there’s a scary thought! The truth is that God has placed a call on each of our lives, yours and mine. A call to use who we are and what He’s given us, to be part of His great mission of winning lost souls.
So, may this now speak unto us an encouraging word of change into our lives. A word for good. A word for His glory.
