During those times where we can’t seem to get past our thoughts, we must reset and focus on the positive.  If we don’t, we can end up paralyzing ourselves with continuous thoughts that stress, depress, and cause us to lose perspective. Our prayer is that this episode will help you to recognize when your thoughts are directing your behaviors in a negative way; and that you will learn to not sweat the small stuff.
