Dear Friends,
If you believe in Christ Risen in the Name of Jesus, then you are my Brother or Sister in Christ! Because, I believe too! Now, we follow Him; and we learn together; encourage each other and pray for each other; and pray together for the ones God is drawing near!
If you have never opened your heart up to God to receive the Life Jesus died and rose again to give you, then there is a prayer and message for you at the end. If this is you, the Lord is impressing on my heart to ask you to … and if you will …. Go to the prayer first and then come back to read this Devotion to God’s Holy Word with us, because in order to receive this message, we each need Jesus to receive all things God wants to give us.
1st thing is 1st. If you don’t have life, you can’t understand life, but Jesus is Life; and Peace comes through and by Him.
May I share a story I prayed about whether to share or not? The Lord is impressing on my heart to say, what is Right? What is Just?
Yesterday, I went to the store. There was a Representative of the Store. I don’t know if she was a representative of Jesus, but I do know that in Christ, we are called to be a representative of Jesus in this world. So, as the Lord gives me this picture to paint for you, I first LOOK to me! If there is a STOP SIGN, we stop; right? But if there is no stop sign, there is no law to stop, but there is a GRACE to inherently know when to yield; right?
So, what is the difference in right and just? As the Lord reveals this message to me to write to you as an Encouragement that leads into this message:
2+2=4
1+1=2
Be United, Joyful, and in Prayer.
What Does Salt Have to Do With It?
6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
For example, does it matter who is right accordingly to the law, when it comes to abiding in JESUS? Let’s look to Jesus like Peter did …

God is JUST & RIGHT; But as a human, we can sometimes get the two tangled up? This is why we need JESUS to FIX our thoughts, but we have a part to do too! We are to FIX OUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT IS …
FIX YOUR THOUGHTS ON JESUS!
MEDITATE ON THESE THINGS!
Do your emotions ever feel like the eyes of this pictured? LOL Just to toss that humor in there. I have to admit, I didn’t feel it in my heart yesterday as I yielded; I probably looked about like this …as the Lord was teaching me a very important thing!
We are not to TAKE OFFENSE! And, God’s Word tells us how! This was a grand opportunity for me to grow! And, now I can share this with you too!
And, we are to AVOID causing offense, by refusing to take offense! How? We LEARN from JESUS how to NOT TAKE OFFENSE. Lord, this is good! Isn’t it? Let me know when you receive this! I am about ready to shout the goodness of the Lord!
Think on JESUS! Jesus IS … Whatever Is of God!
What matters to God the most? For us to be seen as right? Or, for others to see JESUS is LOVE! So, as a human, we deal with all these things right now. In fact, you may be dealing with more than anyone may know? My dear friends, please hear me on this! And, if you are like a puppy trying to get to the door and you peed on the floor, God still loves you as you grow up in the LORD. (*Note: See more of this in the prayer written at the end)

God loves you! Jesus has Died & Rose from the dead to Make LIFE & Blessings available FOR YOU!

So, yes, first we have to have the GIFT of LIFE & we HAVE salt through the GRACE & WORD of God.
and, … Our part is basic obedience to God in the small & the big things.
We are building our own house … with small details of obedience
Have you heard the story about he contractor?
He worked for the owner and he built fine quality houses for many people. He did really good work! One day, he was about to build the final house; and he thought to himself, I have built all these wonderful houses for other people, but I have no house of my own. So, he decided to cut corners! He thought he would use the money he saved in less quality material for this house, to build himself a house to call as his own afterwards. So, he used fewer nails, and 2x4s instead of 2x6s, less insulation, (see the picture?) ,,, and less quality through out this house he built in an attempt to save money for his own house he planned to build later.
He cut corners in small ways that he figured no one else would notice. In the end, when the house was built, the owner come to him and presented the keys to that house to him as a gift to him. The owner planned it all along, but he contractor didn’t know he was building his own house!
Friends, you and me, we are building our own house (life with God), and the small details are important, just like the small details were important to the quality of the house this contractor would call as his own home! If only he would have known he was building his own house, he thought, he would have not cut corners like he did trying to save for something that was already planned to be his own.
SEE? God doesn’t always tell us the good that He has SET Before us in the details of the endurance race we run in this world by faith, but the Bible does say in Deu 11:26-27 He has set before you LIFE and Blessings … if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God. To Love the Lord your God with ____ & love your neighbor as yourself.
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God
with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind,
and with all thy strength:
this is the first commandment
(Mark 12:30, KJV).”
A Blessing and a Curse
26 See, today I am setting before you a blessing and a curse: 27 a blessing if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I am giving you today,…
A Blessing IF you obey the commandment(S) of the LORD your God?
31 And the second is like,
namely this,
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
There is none other commandment greater than these.
(Mark 12:31, KJV).”

You may feel overwhelmed? But Jesus, will conquer every fear – IF you LET HIM abide full in you! Jesus will supply every need for you – IF you LET HIM guide Praise in you! Dear Friends, Jesus loves you!
SEE?
God has set choices before us.
God even tells us to CHOOSE LIFE; and that you may love the LORD your God, obey HIm, and hold fast to Him.
God even tells us why! For HE is YOUR LIFE; and He will prolong your life …. and we know this life is NOW; & forevermore; and we thank you JESUS for this incredible GIFT of LIFE and Blessings in Abundance!
How do you see this?
How do you see this? Don’t you see it as we need Jesus NOW to HAVE LIFE? And, we NEED JESUS to be obedient to God. Holy Spirit you are welcome here!
The Choice of Life or Death
…18 I declare to you today that you will surely perish;
you shall not prolong your days in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess.
19I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today
that I have set before you life and death,
so that you and your descendants may live,
20and that you may love the LORD your God, obey Him, and hold fast to Him. For He is your life, and He will prolong your life in the land that the LORD swore to give to your fathers, to
Abraham,
Isaac,
and Jacob.”…
This morning, I prayed, Lord, I need you!
Jesus you understand me more than I even understand myself. I confess and repent that you know about all these human things we go through in this world! Jesus, I come to you, because you also know more than I know. Help me grow through every challenge to know how to respond in a way that brings glory to the Father from YOUR heart who beats in mine. And, when my eyes catch on to seeing love like you are OF LOVE & of the Father God, who is LOVE, Lord Jesus, all things become possible to us IF we CAN Believe!
Friends, the last thing I hear the Lord impressing on my heart to say is this:
Many times, we don’t see the opportunities to please and honor God in all that we do, think or say. Many times we remain all human and feel troubled, think we are right; and want to react based on our soulish thoughts, feelings and human desires. BUT, if we just ask God to help us see better – Jesus will redefine the troubles! Troubles will come to us in Christ as they will come to all in this world. But in Christ, we have the GRAND OPPORTUNITY to face them with truth, power and authority to overcome all things; and bring Glory to God when we draw from the strength in Christ who lives in us through and by Jesus to Respond to troubles, with a FREE HEART in Christ (not a troubled heart) to SEEK God’s Thoughts, God’s Will and friends, when you receive this you will never be the same, because God’s emotion is JOY!
And, the Joy of the Lord is our strength!

This is your Season to know Jesus!
Friends, You may or may not know this, but your heart needs Jesus to Grow. Do you have life? The Lord is impressing on my heart to say to you that you are not too far gone to come to Jesus! I hope you have seen that we can all mess up in this great call of God on our life to live above the normal human element; But God looks at us as HIS Child!
Don’t look to people’s flaws – Look again to the Savior and Lord, the author and finisher of our faith, Jesus the Christ, the Son of the Living God! He is the Perfect ONE and He is our Perfector! You may have been disappointed, but a little discussion with the right one and the right time will bring clarity and light. This is another topic to grow in …
This is your season to know Jesus means that God celebrates our growth steps with each abound in faith we grow in!!!
Like we might celebrate every little detail of seeing action and life in what we have come to know and love … a child; … can I even say as I believe the Lord is impressing on my heart to say? Even a puppy! If you have every loved a puppy, you clean up their mess and go on … Don’t you?
Well my friends, Jesus has cleaned up your messes too & NOW He says, If you can believe; Go On!
Let that burden of messing up GO! As a puppy pays no more attention to that mess they made / and you know they will do again … and again … UNTIL they what ??? Isn’t the answer, that you also know and believe your puppy will learn to do better as they what ??? Isn’t the answer also that you know and believe your puppy will grow up into what ??? Isn’t the word we are looking for basic OBEDIENCE? Isn’t obedience required (and Because of love we teach our puppy how remain in the family … as they learn not to chew up the house & to pee outside (if they can) ~~~ Even look at that provision of LOVE!
SEE God never calls us beyond what we can do! … and the purpose is to learn HOW to get along well in our relationship with God & with each other. As a puppy will want to please you, we who love Jesus want to please God; and God loves us all along the way.
Friends, look at your puppy … and as they grow, watch your puppy! See that they just want to please you because of that love that is already BUILT in them by the Creator!
In closing, If you don’t know Jesus, LOOK! He is love and my friend. He MAKES me lie down in green pastures; and His rod and staff they comfort me; oh yes, I walk through the valleys of the shadow of Death, but MY GOD is with me, because my heart BELONGS to Jesus; and I BELONG to Christ.
If you want to … I mean, if you even have a thought impressed upon your heart that you just think this might be of God calling you to His Son, Jesus. Then ACT on that thought, because it agrees with God’s Word; and it is good for you:
Tell God you believe as you read aloud John 3:16-17! The Lord is impressing on my heart to help you!
Here we go! Are you ready?
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Thank you Jesus. And, To God be the Glory! Angels are celebrating in heaven for you! So are we here for you now too!
Father, I thank you right now on behalf of this soul that WAS lost, but that YOU have found right now and in this hour! Lord Jesus, we thank you that you HAVE Poured out your Living Blood & Love upon them and we PRAISE Father God that YOU HAVE put your word into their heart as you have in mine! Encourage them to open Your Written Word daily to grow in what pleases you Father God. Entering through your Gates with Thanksgiving & Into your Courts, we praise you for the power of your Saving Grace!
In Jesus Name and in the power of the Holy Spirit and according to the Written and Living Word of God, We join together and say, Amen.
We all need Jesus!

Boy oh boy was this a hard day of learning this simple verse! But is God’s Word ever simple? Nothing is simple until we get It! Dewey Moede, I have learned to thank Jesus for the Revelation, and because I wasn’t feeling in my flesh this post was good; (BUT THAT the Lord did thru me); I was sure it was to God’s glory, because that is the way it always is! And why was I surprised at the trials I went thru yesterday after teaching on this & understanding this , BUT God looks into our human heart and sees we always have room to grow in Jesus! The Lord has Mercy of the God who IS MERCY! Just to share that I reread this again today & it is Good, because Jesus says God is pleased! I pray many people come to know & grow in Jesus by what God has offered to as many who seek can find! It’s Jesus who is Perfect & the same Savior & Lord and Spirit of the Living Christ who is the Perfector of the Faith He has born in us to beleive & follow & let us Just pause in our day to say Thank you Jesus, You are the Love God has for us & God is Love!
