And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:18
I just got this very moving prayer from Pastor Alfonso Antillon of Majesty Worship Center in Albuquerque. This prayer moves me to tears, to love more, to care more, to pray more. God Bless you Brother Pastor for allowing us to pray with you for your Dad. For me, it once again brings into perspective what life is all about, loving each other in Jesus as He commands us to do so and being in constant prayer for all. We are so very blessed to know Pastor Alfonso and his brother Julio we also met their Daddy when I preached at Majesty Worship Center last year! Sharon and I are so supper blessed by this family! Father, in the name of Jesus, I confess your Word concerning healing. As I do this, I believe and say that Your Word will not return to you void, but will accomplish what it says it will. Therefore, I believe in the name of Jesus that My dad is healed, according to 1 Peter 2:24. It is written in Your Word that Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Therefore, with great boldness and confidence I say on the authority of that written Word that My dad is redeemed from the curse of sickness. Satan, I speak to you in the name of Jesus and say that your principalities, powers, your spirits who rule in the present darkness, and your spiritual wickedness in heavenly places are bound from operating against my dad in any way. He is the property of Almighty God, and I give you no place in him. I dwell in the secret place of the Most High God. He is stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty, whose power no foe can withstand. Now, Father, because He reverence and worships You, He has the assurance of Your Word that the angel of the Lord encamps around about him and delivers him from every evil work. No evil shall befall my dad, no plague or calamity shall come near his dwelling. I confess the Word of God abides in my dad and delivers to him perfect soundness of mind and wholeness in body and spirit from the deepest parts of his nature, to the joints and marrow of his bones. That Word is medication and life to his flesh for the law of the Spirit of life operates in him and makes him free from the law of sin and death. My dad has on the whole armor of God, and the shield of faith protects him from all the fiery darts of the wicked. Jesus is the high Priest of this confession, and we hold fast to this confession of faith in Your Word. We stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that My dad has health and healing now in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen!
