Good morning beautiful people, good morning. This is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Amen? Amen. I was thinking this morning about connections and how God uses us to connect people with one another. I love how God looks at us all through the eyes of his love. No one better than the other, all on the same scale. In his eyes He only wants the best for all of his people, I did say best, right? I did say all, right? Let’s look at his Word before we pray that tells us just that.
If you are willing and obedient you will eat the best from the land. Isaiah 1:19
Never lag in zeal and earnest endeavor, be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord. (Romans 12:11)
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord”, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
Father, thank you for your Word. The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it; For he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior.
Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty—he is the King of glory.
Father, thank you that when we journey life with you, you make every crooked path straight. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23:6) Amen.
