Thank You For Finding Me…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I will never forget the grace and the mercy God has bestowed upon my life. I look at others who don’t know Jesus and it does something to my heart. This morning as two of my grandchildren and I sit around my dining room table, writing, praying, it is special to watch them draw out some of their thoughts. From the babies to the ants they have it covered. God is so good. It is so re-assuring to read Psalm 24 knowing he has his watchful eye on them.
The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty— he is the King of glory. Psalm 24
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for loving us, for your mercy and grace. You are such a gracious God. Father thank you that you have our lives covered. From the babies to the ants everything belongs to you. Your watchful eye has us in your view.
Father, lead us today by your Holy Spirit. Thank you for the birth of Jesus, our Savior and King. Thank you for getting involved in our daily lives. No matter what the situation, you are greater. You have a plan and you have given us promises in your Word that You will work it all out for good in all our lives. Amen
