Legislative Alert:
“Just Say No” to the Legalization of Marijuana
and to
Gun Confiscation
Legalization of Marijuana SB 115 and the Red Flag Law (Gun Confiscation) SB 5 are scheduled to be heard by the Senate Public Affairs Committee today, Tuesday, January 28, following the close of the Senate floor session. Because of the interest in this legislation, the committee meeting will be held in the Senate Chambers on the first floor.
Coalition of New Mexico Groups concerned with marijuana legalization will hold a Press Conference urging Lawmakers to Oppose Marijuana Legislation in the Rotunda of the State Capitol at 2:00 p.m.
Please attend the Press Conference and the Session. Public comment will be taken during the Committee session.  And please contact our committee members. Urge them to  “JUST SAY NO.”
