Oh God, The Waters Look Deep…

Good morning beautiful people. Recently I was in a service that the anointing was so strong on the song Oceans (Where Feet May Fail). As I closed my eyes, and tried to hold back the tears, I could relate so much to stepping out and trusting God. He continues to download assignments so much bigger than I could ever accomplish on my own. At times they almost frighten me, but I know they are from him and he will bring them to pass as I continue to step out.

Do you sense him asking you to do the same, step out? Do you feel fear instead of faith when he calls you to pioneer a work? Are you a trailblazer, pushing through so the world can look different because you have already paved the way? Then the words to this song are for you.

Close your eyes and tell God today that you will trust him as you continue to step out into the unknown. Maybe you have already stepped out on the water and you feel like you are going to sink. Don’t look down, look up. He is well able to bring us all to the other side. He is building our faith so we can complete the assignments, the visions he has given each of us. If we could do it with our own abilities, if we had all the finances, if we had every resource going, we wouldn’t need faith and we wouldn’t need and depend on him. Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for assignments bigger than ourselves. As we continue to walk out in the deep, thank you for fulfilling the purpose of our lives. Your arm reaches out to bring us to the other side as we put our trust in you.

Father, may we be faithful to wherever you call us. Your grace is sufficient for the day, for every step, as we continue to persevere. Call us deeper God and lead us by the power of your Holy Spirit. Highlight the path and bring fulfillment to the vision, to the calling, for your glory alone. Amen

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Your life has purpose and value. Keep stepping, stay in faith believing and reach for his extended arm.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6
