Divine Providence…
Good morning beautiful people. Life is full of destiny moments, it sure is. I like to look for and see God in my day, even when my days aren’t going as planned. He is always with us if we believe. When things are going well and I am right on schedule, sometimes I can forget to look for those destiny moments. It has been in the disruptions of my day, in the change of my plans that have made me more aware of his divine providence. We could never orchestrate everything in our lives thus far, there just is no way.
As I was walking into a building one day several years ago, a lady approached me and asked if she could speak with me. Little did I know that day would begin the healing for a post abortive woman. Her life changed from our meeting that day. The healing had begun. Was it a coincidence that she would walk in a building at the same time I would, in a town away from my own? Was it a coincidence that the issue buried deep was surfacing right at that moment? I don’t think so, I believe in Providence. Let’s thank him for ordering our footsteps today. Let’s ask him to make us more aware of those destiny moments he is orchestarting. Let’s thank him for using us to help another find their freedom in Christ. Amen? Amen! Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that you order our footsteps. Your Word tell us that the footsteps of the righteous are ordered of the Lord. Today, as we journey our day, gives us eyes to see and ears to hear what the spirit is saying as we walk each step of the day with you.
Father, thank you that we can be interrupted, we are never too busy to help another. Continue to highlight our path and let the healing balm of Gilead flow. Amen
