The condition of our hearts will reflect our lives. It can affect our health, our attitude, choices we make and our lives. If your heart is not in the right place you won’t be able to love. Love is about being compassionate, caring, and being able to serve and to reach out to others and their needs. The foundation of God is love.

1 John 3:16 This is how we know what love is , Jesus Christ laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

Don’t allow yourself to live in a prison of hardness. Jesus set am example to us He moved with compassion.

Mark 6:34 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd , he had compassion on them.
Having true compassion will always move you to do something for others.
Don’t allow pride to control your heart, it will lead you to destruction
