Identity 101… Angel’s Prayer Of The Day

Identity 101…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Life is so much easier when we get our identity in Christ. What God says about us is what we need to believe. Sometimes we let other peoples opinions, other peoples man made rules try to influence what we believe. We should always look to God for our identity, always. Recently, I had an opportunity to speak with a friend that felt like a failure because she didn’t accomplish what another relative had accomplished. This made her feel like she didn’t measure up, a total failure. Soon she was not feeling too good about herself as a person and you could see depression trying to take over her life. The lie crept in and had captured her mind and thoughts.

Let’s always believe what God say’s about us. Let’s get our identity in Christ. He created us in his image. We are all different, diverse, gifted and who identifies us, God or man. Let’s always believe what God says about us. His Word tells us in Ephesians 1:4-5 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will. In Ephesians 1:11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will. Do you believe? Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you that we were chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will. (Romans 3:22)

Father, thank you that our identity is in you. We don’t have to measure up to other people’s expectations, success or failures. We were created in your image and we believe you work all things out for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28) Amen!

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people, believe what God says about you. He loved you enough to die for you. (John 3:16) He has his fingerprint on your life.
