God Hears Your Whisper…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am so thankful that our God hears even the slightest whisper. He tells us in Isaiah 42:1-9 Here is my servant, whom I uphold,
my chosen one, in whom my soul delights. I will put my spirit on Him, and He will bring justice to the nations. He will not cry out or raise His voice, nor make His voice heard in the streets. A bruised reed He will not break and a smoldering wick He will not extinguish;
He will faithfully bring forth justice. He will not grow weak or discouraged before He has established justice on the earth. In His law the coastlands will put their hope.” This is what God the LORD says—He who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and its offspring, who gives breath to the people on it and life to those who walk in it: “I, the LORD, have called you for a righteous purpose, and I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and appoint you to be a covenant for the people and a light to the nations, to open the eyes of the blind, to bring prisoners out of the dungeon, and those sitting in darkness out from the prison house. I am the LORD; that is My name! I will not give my glory to another or my praise to idols. Behold, the former things have happened,
and now I declare new things. Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”

I especially love how he tells us a bruised reed he will not break and a smoldering wick he will not extinguish. I meet people that are bruised, broken and their light has dimmed. It is always a pleasure to speak hope into their very being. I like to see the wick become brighter as the Word of God penetrates hope to their weary soul. Let’s pray for the flames that are dimmed today.

Father, thank you that you will send help and rescue even the weariest among us. Your Word tells us that you make a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
The wild animals honor you, the jackals and the owls, because you provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to your people, my chosen,
the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise. (Isaiah 43:19-21)

Father, send hope to the bruised reeds today. Send me (us) to give them drink so they can praise you once again. Amen

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Praise him you are not alone.
