Thought Of The Day, “Salvation”, Men’s Daily Devotion

Thought of the day:

“Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.” Reference Micah‬ ‭7:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Micah looked to God for Salvation for Israel when they were going into captivity. He was hoping that God would deliver them. He knew they were doomed because of their iniquities to Him because of their turning their backs to Him to follow other gods.

We need to do the same, we need to go to God to ask for Salvation. We need to start with ourselves looking for Salvation and asking Him for Help. When we repent and ask Him for Help to turn from our sins, we can be more effective in helping others.

After we go to Him and repent, we then should ask Him on behalf of others. We can ask Him to Direct us in helping others. He will give us the words and/or the actions to Lead others to Him.

We have to remember that Revival starts in our hearts. When we have True Revival in our hearts, it will be something that can be passed on to others. This will be a way to see Change happen all around us.

Are you seeking Salvation from God for yourself and others?

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.
It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it. We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already.
If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know. Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
