Faith is the substance
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
Hope means having confidence with expectation. Faith is believing God and his promise.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
God rewards our faith
Our faith will be tested
God tested Abraham when he offered Isaac as a sacrifice , his one and only son , yet Abraham reasoned that God would raise the dead, and figuratively speaking he did receive Isaac back from death (Hebrews 11:17 )
This was quite the test that Abraham had to go through but his faith brought the reward by getting his son back.
Something’s have to be believed before we can see them
What are believing God for?
Claim the promises of God by faith wait on God’s provision.
2 Corinthians 4:18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary but what is unseen is eternal
Romans 8:25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have we wait for it patiently.
Faith is like the bird that feels the light and sings to greet the dawn while it’s still dark. In the mist of darkness sing praise to God for joy comes in the morning
When faith rises up inside of you …you will have the knowing that it will happen you will sense it in your heart and spirit. Faith is the power that gives you a destiny and that it will change your life.
