The Albuquerque Journal is reporting this morning that the closed prison in Estancia, New Mexico may hold immigrants. Torrance County Commission members will vote on Wednesday on whether to authorize the county manager to sign a contract with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to use the County Detention Facility.
