NM Governor Lujan Grisham Spent $721,676 on Inaugural Party!!

The priorities in New Mexico are so out of whack! It is just plain unbelievable what is taking place in this state. So many of our elected officials are having a big time money party.  Pray that people will give their hearts to Jesus, that they will seek the knowledge of God. This morning read Psalm 32: 8-11.

This just hits me at the wrong time after the House passing the Abortion Up-to-Birth bill. Why in the world would you need to spend almost a million dollars on a party! My Minnesota math forces me to round the 721,676 to a million!

Keep alert for all the taxpayers money that is going to be spent this legislative session! Why did not the Dems or Republicans push for a tax cut for us? There is not much common sense in the Roundhouse. The sad thing is the people of New Mexico elected these folks.

I am very puzzled..I do not know if that is the word I am looking for…perplexed? Disturbed? By that TV ad of the Governor running through walls???!!! I thought a Governor was to me mature? Who is paying for those ads? What is the purpose? These folks must think we are all dumb.

I want to encourage you to FOLLOW THE MONEY! The ABQ Journal lists the people who funded the party.

The babies being killed every month in New Mexico will never get to go to a party. If the Senate passes the bill will the Governor sign it?

Click on the link for below more info on the Governors party. This is just not nice, throwing a party like this when children are aborted, children are hungry and homeless. Shame.

ABQ Journal Report

You cannot rejoice in sin.

He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.

Mark 9:36-37

God is crying today….Jesus wept. John 11:35

I watched much of the debate on the New Mexico House Floor last night on the internet. I was sickened by much of the debate. A cloud of death covers much of America. What ever game man the idea that he can over rule God on life?

Man continues to play God on many issues. I hardly can type this report. Man killing God’s babies.

HB 51 passed 40-29 and now heads to the New Mexico Senate

Nation’s Most Radical Abortion Up-To-Birth Bill Passes NM House 40-29

Sponsors Mislead Public on Extreme Aspects, 6 Democrats Vote Against
Santa Fe, NM — Late last night, on a vote of 40 – 29, the radical abortion-up-to-birth HB-51 passed the New Mexico state House of Representatives, despite overwhelming public opposition to the bill.  In an outright misrepresentation of fact, Rep. Debbie Armstrong (D – Bernalillo) falsely claimed on local radio and on her personal Twitter account that the bill “has nothing to do with abortion later in pregnancy.”
House Minority Whip, Rep. Rod Montoya (R-San Juan) repeatedly asked bill sponsor Rep. Joanne Ferrary (D-Dona Ana) for clear answers on behalf of the thousands of New Mexicans inquiring, as to whether or not her bill “would allow a healthy mom to abort a healthy baby up to the day of delivery.”  Ferrary struggled several times to respond and falsely stated at one point that “late-term abortions are only allowed for medical necessity.” She later clarified her position when pressed by Rep. Montoya to admit that the bill would not prohibit elective abortion up to birth.
Rep. Montoya also read a policy from the University of New Mexico Hospital, obtained by NMAFL, outlining induction abortions after 24 weeks where infants undergo an intra-cardiac injection.  “This procedure used on infants in utero after six months gestation, called an intra-cardiac injection, is outlawed in our animal cruelty statute,” said Montoya.
“The reason this procedure is deemed cruel and inhumane to animals is that … it takes up to 24 hours for the baby to die.”
Rep. Gregg Schmedes, who is a physician, questioned Rep. Ferrary on conscience protections, saying, “We are actually changing the ‘status quo’ because we are removing the only explicit abortion-related conscience protections for hospitals and medical professionals.” Rep. Cathrynn Brown closed her floor comment by saying, “Abortion is not health care. It is not treating a diseased condition of the body. What is the difference between a child in the womb and that child once second after birth”?
New Mexico Alliance for Life Executive Director Elisa Martinez released this statement after the vote: “HB-51 is the most extreme bill in the nation because it keeps elective abortion-up-to-birth, and also seeks to force medical professionals to participate in this practice by stripping away explicit conscience protections from the current statute. This bill is a Trojan horse backed by the national abortion lobby in order to establish abortion as a human right by removing so-called ‘religious refusals’ and turn every hospital, clinic and doctor’s office into an abortion clinic or referral center.”
The bill now heads to the New Mexico Senate, where it is expected to be heard in committee as early as Monday in Senate Public Affairs.
Albuquerque clinic, Southwestern Women’s Options’ website actively advertises elective abortions up to 8+ months, and on a case-by-case thereafter. There are no explicit requirements for a “medically necessary” abortion.
Democrats who support this bill have ignored the pleas of Tina Atkins to address the concerns most of New Mexicans. She is the mother of the late Keisha Atkins, a patient of SWO, who died after an elective abortion at 6 months. Atkins died from a massive infection she caught in the care of SWO.

The following is from our Dear, Dear, Sister in Christ Mindi Schneider. I first met Mindi years ago when she worked for me at WFRN Christian Radio in South Bend/Elkhart, Indiana. Thank you for sharing your heart with us Mindi! God Bless you and yours! My life is better for God putting Mindi in my life. It is people like Mindi who give me hope for the future of America.

The decision made in New York last week made my heart ache. My initial reaction was shock, and then I cried out loud to my Almighty Father in Heaven, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.” Then to see them smile and celebrate death in such a way nauseated me for days. Those who know me well, know I am adopted. I have always been and will always be Pro-Life. What you may not know is that I am a product of sexual abuse/rape. My birth mom, a God fearing and God loving mother carried me to term in 1970 after Roe vs. Wade made abortions legal. She chose to give me life, she chose to give me away to another mother whose heart ached for another child. When the mother who raised me completed her psych rounds to become a nurse she talked with women who had given a child up for adoption or had an abortion. Both suffered mentally. My birth mom suffered mentally her whole life because of giving me away. I cannot imagine giving up my children at any point or choosing out of convenience to abort them. My life would be so empty. God created each one of us – unique in all of time — no one like us that will ever be created again. I recommend watching, “October Baby”. It has adult content that is difficult to watch. I continue to pray for our leaders of our country. I would have never imagined in my lifetime to see what is going on now in our world. Yes, I am Pro-Life for everyone from the moment of conception. God makes no mistakes. God uses all events and people for His good according to His plan. God our Father in Heaven is the ultimate judge. I pray our leaders realize what they have done and find Forgiveness in Christ before they stand before HIM someday. We all will. I am a sinner, not perfect, by any means. I am saved by Faith in Christ alone. In HIM my hope is found. I stand with Jesus Christ. This is my story. This is my voice.

It was another tough day in New Mexico yesterday, the passing of the abortion bill and more darkness at UNM….We must remember……Man is a fool if he does not realize there are consequences for bad behavior.

God does not promise that all the consequences of sin will vanish when we come to Him with repentant hearts and submit ourselves to Him, but He does promise to be with us. Sin is a terrible and destructive thing, and sometimes we have to pay the consequences for our foolishness and rebellion against God.

More Darkness in New Mexico:

New Mexico is very corrupt…….my post from yesterday….

Sadly, I am not surprised by this: New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas has filed charges against former UNM athletic director Paul Krebs

New Mexico is blessed to have Attorney General Hector Bladeras, he does not care if you are a Republican or a Democrat, you break the law and he will be after you! I have lived in New Mexico since 1995 and I have never seen a state that has so much of a problem with corruption in its government and schools. It is an epidemic that never ends. ABQ Journal Report

The sports department at UNM is just a plain mess in many ways. The football team has its own scandal that is ongoing. Lobo Football Rape Suit

I believe it would be good to suspend the Lobo Football program for a year as punishment. Coach Bob Davie needs to step down. UNM seems not to have the will power to disciple. This is such a poor example for our children. UNM is an embarrassment to New Mexico.

Then this post from early today……..

Let us all be in prayer for the family…..

This story on KOB TV just broke my heart……my heart is being broken much these days…

People in Grants, New Mexico came together Wednesday night to remember an 11-year-old girl who took her own life.

Delia Watson complained of bullying at Mt. Taylor Elementary School. KOB TV Story

Please pray for the family, please pray for our children here in New Mexico. New Mexico has been rated the worst place to raise a family.

My heart breaks for New Mexico.

This is our top post ever in are almost 7 years here at FGGAM:

Crying Eyes

By: Angel L. Murchison

Crying eyes, tears of sadness, in need of a warm embrace.

Heartache, broken dreams, unfulfilled promise and vows,

Never to return. A broken woman, a strong courageous woman,

A woman of Destiny.

Man cannot ruin me, for I belong to my creator, Jesus lover of my soul.

The storm blows, I feel the darkness trying to overtake me.

The web, the snare that the enemy of my soul has spun.

The glory, the light, Jesus the lifter of my head-you came and rescued me.

I see the sun starting thru although the clouds still seem dark and gray.

I see the light now it’s shining dimly again. Destiny awaits.

Jesus come, walk with me day by day, hand in hand

Moment by moment, one day, one step at a time.

Jesus come, Jesus come, Jesus where from here?

Jesus no asking you why.

Prayer: Lord I pray for every broken woman across this globe today. I pray your word in Isaiah 61. 1.The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities,
The desolations of many generations. Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the foreigner Shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
But you shall be named the priests of the Lord, they shall call you the servants of our God. You shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory you shall boast.
Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion.
Therefore in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs. “For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery for burnt offering; I will direct their work in truth, And will make with them an everlasting covenant. Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles,
And their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowledge them,
That they are the posterity whom the Lord has blessed.” 10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,
My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation,
He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. 11 For as the earth brings forth its bud,
As the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.

Thank you Lord you will make every crooked way straight. I pray hope into every broken life. I pray you draw the readers today, and that this would be a word in season for them. When they look in the mirror today oh God I pray they will see BEAUTIFUL, for that’s how you created them. They were created in your image and you are waiting for them to ask you to make them whole again. Your answer is the same for every woman across this globe, yes and amen. Let it be so. We give you thanks. Destiny awaits.
