Strong winds blew across Albuquerque Friday. then the rain came about 4pm to the west side and then snow. ABQ Journal Story

This report is from our Dear, Dear Friend Scott Flury of the Chama, New Mexico Times….

Some fun facts from “Bud” the weatherman. A normal snowfall for February for Chama is 20.99 inches. This month so far we are at 50 inches. Normal for the start of the snow season through February is 76.94 inches. We are at 124.50 inches. There is 33 inches on the ground and 90 inches on the ground at Cumbres. I know the totals vary greatly depending on location. Government camp always has a lot more!!!! — at Village of Chama.

Picture above is from Chama, in the post from the westside of ABQ at 5:30am this morning. The snow melts as fast as it comes in the Duke City. The winds came first, then rain, then the snow froze to most everything.

Let us not to forget to thank the LORD for the moisture. Thank YOU LORD! All PRAISE and GLORY to YOU! AMEN!

I love this verse…”Have you visited the storehouses of the snow or seen the storehouses of hail? Job 38:22

I also think of purity when I see snow…the purity of our Lord…..how come we do not hear the word purity much at all preached? Pure as snow.
