Our Lord is Righteous. He serves as our model for Righteousness. Without having a model of sorts, how would we know what to base it on? We need to seek Him to grow in Righteousness daily.

Oh Lord, You set the standard for Righteousness.

This is because You are Righteous, O Lord, when I plead with You. We do not need to doubt about Your Righteousness when we do plead with You. It does not matter what trial we may be going through. It does not matter if it appears as if those who are against us, prosper. You guide our hearts.

Gracious is the Lord, and righteous. Yes, You, our God, are merciful. You preserve the simple. We were once low but You saved us. Our souls can return to their rest, since You have dealt bountifully with them. We are learning to be merciful, like You, with our foes.

And after all that has come upon us for our evil deeds and for our great guilt, since You our God have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such deliverance as this, should we again break Your commandments, and join in marriage with the people committing these abominations? Would You not be angry with us until You had consumed us, so that there would be no remnant or survivor?  O Lord God of Israel, You are righteous, for we are left as a remnant, as it is this day. Here we are before You, in our guilt, though no one can stand before You because of this!

Many a time they have afflicted us from our youth. You have not let them prevail against us. The plowers have plowed on our backs and made their furrows long. You are the Righteous One and have cut in pieces the cords of the wicked.

You are righteous in all Your ways, and Gracious in all Your works. You are near to all who call upon You, in Truth. Please, don’t allow corruption to enter into our lives and walks with You. We seek You to be Righteous as You would want for us to be.

You will fulfill the desire of those who fear You and also will hear their cry and save them. Let our desires be Desires that come from You. You preserve all who love You and all the wicked You will destroy.

Let our mouths speak the Praise of the Lord. Let us shout for Joy what He has done for us.
Let all flesh shall bless His holy name forever and ever, In Jesus Name, Amen!

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.

It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.

We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.

Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance. If you find yourself in need of prayer and/or encouragement, please, feel free to call or text +1 (505) 600-1027 or email cross66info@gmail.com
