Health Alert in ABQ Because of Wildfire Smoke

Sorry about the late posting, but I just got home from Preaching at FBC in Reserve, NM….please for give me. We cannot see the Sandia Mountains from our house on the west side. The smoky haze started in the Datil area as I drove back from Reserve. KOB TV is reporting that the smoke is from the California wildfires and other areas in the west.
The City of Albuquerque is issuing a Health Alert due to wildfire smoke this afternoon and evening. The Health Alert will continue through 6 AM Monday due to blowing dust . Those with respiratory conditions in the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County should limit outdoor activity.

Effective: 2:00 PM on 08/19/2018
Expires: 6:00 AM on 08/20/2018
