Morning Prayer

Suit up brothers and sisters! We need to be prepared for today and every day. We need to remember that we deal with things we do not see with our eyes. We deal with spiritual things. Let us go before the Lord and prepare for battle!

We know that to be strong in You, Lord and in the power of Your Might, we need to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore we are to take up the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Taken From Ephesians 6:10-13)

We ask You to protect our minds and hearts from evil thoughts. We ask for Your Help to remember that those who persecute us are not our true enemy. We ask You to remind us that there are spiritual powers behind the attacks that come at us. We ask for Your Help to deal with the attacks with Your Wisdom.

Please, Guide us in a direction of reconciliation with others. Please, Help is to be the example You would want us to be. Please, Help us not to go down a path of evil intent that would prevent us from Honoring You.

We thank You for Loving us.

We pray in Jesus Name, Amen

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.

It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.

We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.

Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
