Very happy for South Dakota, I love the state! When I was a kid Dad and Mom would take us to Mt. Rushmore many times! I worked in radio in Watertown, SD in the late 80’s. The sad news is that New Mexico tied for the second-worst spot to retire to. I love my home state of Minnesota, it finished at number 28.
