Morning Prayer

Today, let’s Pray for Wisdom and Direction in leading others to get back on track with The Lord. It is part of being The Body of Christ to encourage each other to do what is right, with love.

Lord, we at times say nothing when others sin which is not good and it appears like we say it’s ok. We should not do this because it could lead us into sin. What we should do instead is keep them accountable and if they do not repent, then not fellowship with them until they do. For because Christ’s sacrifice was not meant for us to return to sin. (Taken From I Corinthians 5:6-7)

We tend to shy away from helping our brothers and sisters from seeking You. We are afraid of them telling us we have no business in gently guiding them to get back on track. We even have gone as far as not only allowing them to continue in their sin, but acting like it is ok, when we let them continue to be in fellowship with us

Please, forgive us. Please, correct us in this. Please, give us Your Strength to be able to guide others back to You.

Your Love is so much more than what we make it. Your Love does not want for us to continue in the same things we were doing when we were Redeemed.

Your Desire for us is to be Transformed. That means that we need to seek You through Prayer, Reading and Studying Your Word daily, seeking Fellowship and even denying our fleshy desires.

We invite You into our lives today to set us on track. We also want to be Used by You to show and set the example. Please, use us to bring change into Your Body.

Thank You for Loving us. Thank You for changing us. Thank You for allowing us to come to You. Thank You for this day.

In Jesus Name, Amen
