Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking this morning about a book I read several years ago now by T.D. Jakes, Daddy Loves His Girls.
It is so true every daughter tries to get love from their earthly father no matter what. One way a child learns to love and trust their heavenly Father is by the example of their earthly one.
A son grows up and desires to be just like their father and follow right in the same footsteps. It is just the way it is. You hear it every day. Like father, like son. The apple didn’t fall too far from the tree.
Let’s pray today that men will rise up and be men of courage, Godly examples in our communities. Let’s pray that God Himself will reverse a fatherless generation.
Father, thank you that you are the best Father. We pray today that men will rise to the call of fatherhood. That they will represent you well to their children, grandchildren and to the fatherless. May they be men of courage, Godly examples and that in the body of Christ it will truly be like father like son. That daughters will be able to relate well to you because their earthly daddy was so full of the love of Jesus Christ.
We pray a special blessing on Fathers today. May they know you better, deeper and have a full revelation of Fatherhood that God intended. Amen
