Heavenly Father, we are so blessed to have You as our Savior and Lord. We thank You for always meeting our every need. We cry out to You on behalf of our beloved New Mexico and the surrounding Southwestern States that are experiencing a drought like us. We remember that the Prophet Elijah prayed for rain and You were extremely gracious in answering his prayer. we too lift up our voice to You asking that You send us the much needed rain and snowfall that we all so desperately need. Father, the snow not only adds much needed moisture for now and water in the spring but also economic support to us and our surrounding Ski Resorts. Our farmers and ranchers rely on the snow and rain for their livestock and land preparation for the upcoming farming season. We need the snow and rain to keep our State from forrest fires and other threatening catastrophes. Send us an abundance of rain without flooding our mudslides. Send us an abundance of rain and snow to fill our lakes, ponds and rivers. Send us an abundance of rain and snow to bring life to our desolate and parched land. We know that You have the power to do this and in Jesus name, we ask that You meet our every need, Amen!
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.”

FIRE DANGER:
It is dry as a bone here in New Mexico. After some encouraging moisture in 2017, we have gone backwards.
Please make sure your trees and bushes are getting water at least once a month. That comes from Marcus at the LawnRangers in Albuquerque.
More than 93 percent of New Mexico is experiencing drought conditions, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s drought monitor map, released Thursday.
Lord, we pray for your rains and snow to come to New Mexico. Lord we need moisture badly. We need your refreshing rains. We need your pure snow. Thank YOU LORD for hearing our prayers, in JESUS name, AMEN!
