Live Life Looking for the Hand that Moves the Wind! Love, in Christ, Karen Rowe

Hello dear readers of For God’s Glory Alone Ministries,

I hope this letter finds you well; and if not well, I hope you discover the grace to get through your day well.  Today, I sense the Lord nudging me  that we are to encourage each other to become aware of the Presence of God.  Do we take Him for granted?  Or, do we miss seeing Him at all?  Do you miss the blessings that are God’s to give; or perhaps you have never known what a blessing is to receive?  Today, I hope to encourage you to embrace the challenges that come to your faith to grow in your awareness of what is going on around you, how to interact and how to overcome.  Still, embracing, “Lord, Only You Know;”  God is not concerned with what we did or didn’t do yesterday, I believe God is more concerned with helping us to become aware of how to live blessed; and what does this blessing look like.  I hope this is a blessing to you.

Press on to do something good today.  Something supernatural happens!

Love,

~K

Hope in Today Ministries, Inc. Devotion for Today

As Spring peeks through the door of the seasons, it is comforting to remember that God has set the seasons for a purpose.

Troubles seem to resemble a long winter’s wait!

Yesterday my heart was raised up as my eyes looked on what God has done!

Something has changed!

From silently still, to life singing fwd, The crest of the water on the pond Sparkled like diamonds that were like the life in the hand whom moves the wind dancing for us to see!

the life in the hand whom moves the wind

And setting the scene of comfort near by; from naked to clothed, the pear trees made a substantial statement, with blossoms like cotton candy fluff in a HUG of comfort, lined up surrounding both sides of the road just waiting to be seen!

of comfort near by

God’s unveiling beauty & comfort Lights a path, in a way, as in the middle of beautiful farmlands there stood an American Flag! More than material, I knew what it stood for!

comfort Lights a path

Friends, appreciate what God stands for!

This Flag waved high standing for our union together in Christ & for the strong, the innocent & the weak, as the BREEZE that MOVED all these things: The water, trees & this flag that proudly waved, as sunrays danced across & thru the red white and blue!

In my heart, God illuminated the message of comfort in grace and mercy that we have found IN God we trust & Thank You Jesus.

WHAT can The Lord do with a grateful heart? The Holy Spirit Will Comfort us by the hand of God!

This pictured Scripture 1st meant something powerful to me when we served at Urban Ministries. I left SO humbled that I asked God how could I feel blessed by the same comfort we served in that POWERFULLY ANOINTED rainy & cold night?!!!

The Spirit taught me in this verse!

“Praise be to the GOD and FATHER of our Lord Jesus Christ, the FATHER of COMPASSION and the GOD of ALL COMFORT, who comforts us in ALL our troubles,

“…SO THAT …

“…WE CAN COMFORT those IN ANY trouble WITH the comfort we ourselves receive FROM GOD (2 Corinthians 1:3‭-‬4 NIV).”

These are the words I believe what God wanted me to say today. I hope this is a blessing to you too!

And, like we have been taught to say, If we get this, we will never be the same.

Love in Christ,

Karen

Till next time!  “Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.”

The address in the Bible is found in 2 Corinthians 1:2, and this is the NIV today.

LOVE IN CHRIST,

KAREN ROWE
