Open Your Door, Fire…

Father, thank you for opening our hearts, so people will feel loved and cared for. God, thank you for making our hearts an open door. Open our hearts wide, open them wider today, oh God. May the world see you in our lives because of the love and care we have for your people. It doesn’t matter what race, what economic status, you loved people. Father, help us to love what you love, people.

At the end of the day it doesn’t matter who is right or who is wrong, it matters that people feel valued and cared for. Empower us to lay down our rights, so that others may experience the love of Jesus Christ. It cost Him His very life, may it cost us all laying down our pride, our agendas, our pretense, our need to be right and every other thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

Father, you were all about people. May our day look different today because we spread some of our what you gave us, love. May our heart be filled with the same love. Do a work in all of our hearts today, God. We give you permission. (Tell Him if you are willing.) Thank you for the grace to let everything up until this very moment go. The hurts, the wounds, the pains that others have inflicted, we release it to you Father. Fill the hurt with your love. We want more of you flowing through our daily lives.

May the love of Jesus Christ spread like wildfire through the body of Christ today. May we give some of the love He fills our hearts with away today, all across this globe. Amen

Somebody yell open doors, somebody yell fire!

Romans 5:5-6  Hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Have a blessed day beautiful people. Open the door to your heart and let the fire blaze.
